Scheduling Delivery: The delivery company will contact you to arrange a delivery time. You will be given a 3-5 hour window for delivery, which will occur between Monday and Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Accessibility Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure that the chosen bed fits and that the delivery location is accessible. This includes access via street, building, apartment, house, staircase, elevator, hallways, doorways, and stairs. Please note that the use of a hoist is not included in the delivery service. If you live above the second floor and the bed cannot be delivered using an elevator, additional charges may apply.

Obstacles and Additional Fees: You are responsible for removing any obstacles that might prevent successful delivery. If regular delivery conditions cannot be met due to health and safety concerns (e.g., narrow staircases or the risk of property damage), please contact our Client Services. Additional fees may apply for overcoming such obstacles.

Inspection Upon Delivery: Before signing for the delivery, thoroughly inspect the mattress and bed base for any shipping damage. If damage is found, do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement delivery as soon as possible.

Delegated Inspections: If you are not available to receive the delivery, please ensure that the person accepting the delivery on your behalf is aware of the inspection instructions.

Old Bed Removal: We recommend not removing your old bed until the new one has been delivered, to avoid any inconvenience in case of delivery delays. Please note that our delivery service does not include the removal of your old bed.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees vary based on the delivery country, with potential additional charges for deliveries to islands (e.g., Isle of Ré, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands) and remote areas. Customer service will inform you of any additional surcharges prior to delivery.

Postponing Delivery: Postponing the delivery of your bed may result in additional storage fees.
